Jeff Zannini, manager of the cult favorite mash-up band Rock Sugar, has picked-up DC Douglas for personal appearance bookings.
Douglas, a film and television actor, is also well-known for his work in videogames as the über-villain Albert Wesker in “Resident Evil” and as Legion in “Mass Effect” 2 and 3.
In cartoons, he’s gained popularity as the fastidious Chase in “Transformers: Rescue Bots” on The Hub.
Anime cons (or conventions) began booking voice actors from cartoons to appear as guests for fans to meet. It has since blossomed into a large industry, with cosplay, sci-fi and specialty cons around the world.
Douglas was picked-up by Tri-Star Booking several weeks ago for personal appearances under a non-exclusive agreement.
Douglas is scheduled to appear at the Florida SuperCon at the end of June. He is tentatively scheduled to also appear in Kentucky and Ohio afterwards, as well. More details to come.
You can book DC Douglas for your anime con or videogame con through Jeff Zannini, (978) 886-0966, rocksugarbooking@comcast.net.
